Sarahelizabeth says, “Sheryl, is it true that “your people” cancelled your appearence at Borders in Pittsburgh? (Two cancellations within five days of each other! You’ll still be at Montage with the Lilith Fair, right?)”

Sherylcrow says, “i think the two cancellations were due to the fact that the gigs were so close to the lillith gigs that the promoters didn’t think it a good idea.”

Awoody says, “sheryl, i saw you open for the eagles, nobody listened to you, they didn’t even have lights on”

Sherylcrow says, “opening for the eagles was a trip. Not having lights is pretty unusual as the opener.”

Postmodern says, “SHERYL: I just want to let you know that I appreciate and respect the fact that you didn’t cave to the demands of the ever-”powerful” Wal-Mart with your latest album. It’s one of the best of last year, and your abilities both as producer, songwriter, and performer shine through better than ever. Brava!”

You say, “Sheryl, do you know anything about the Brazilian music ? How was it to open for Elton John, here, in Rio ?”

Sherylcrow says, “i loved opening for elton in s america. He is great and south america was very interesting many stories there.\”

Scoobydoo says, “are you good pals with James Taylor ?”

Sherylcrow says, “not great pals with james but i do know him. he’s very sweet. My first concert when i was 13”

Rorster says, “Sheryl, how did you come up with the idea for all I wanna do? I love that song”

Sherylcrow says, “all i wanna do was inspired by a poem called FUN by wim cooper.”

Tanja says to sheryl...SHERYL! StarGrrrl and I are HUGE fans of your and you are our idol, we are both young singer songwriters...do you have any advice for us???????????????????????????????????????

Sherylcrow says, “thanks tanja and to the 25 yr old musician---tick with it and don’t take any crap.”

You say, “Why is “We do what I can’” so down ? And who’s ‘Leo’ ?”

Sherylcrow says, “leo was my dad’s closest friend. A doctor who delivered me and my sisters and brother. When he died, it changed my dad’s life.”

Hardcore says, “How do you like touring with the HIP”

Sherylcrow says, “i love the hip. Can anyone tell me why they aren’t huge in america”

Sarahelizabeth says, “Sheryl, I really hope your right about rescheduling the Hershey show because I was VERY disappointed. I even wrote you a letter and planned to give it to you in Pittsburgh, but then they cancelled that too. My week has just been awful.”

Sherylcrow says, “thanks sarahelizabeth. I like performing the songs we don’t aften do like no one said it would be easy.”

Splinky says, “Sheryl, Which is a more fun experience? Leno or Letterman?”

Sherylcrow says, “letterman is in a freezing studio and leno makes you wait all day. Both are fun though ultimately”

Stargrrrl says, “Sheryl, will you perform “Sad Sad world” on the 17th? I love that song!”

Sherylcrow says, “we’ve never done sad sad world. Maybe soon.”

You say, “Sheryl, when are you coming to Rio de Janeiro again ? Did you like your first time here ?”

Sherylcrow says, “i hope we’ll be coming to rio soon. Looks like we might be considered for the stones tour though.”

Ella says, “Sheryl, I want so bad to be a singer, but I havn’t a clue how to start. How did you get started? Was your family already into the music industry??”

Sherylcrow says, “dear ella...stick with it. Eventually you’ll be heard by the right people if it’s meant to happen.”

Postmodern says, “I really enjoy the song SWEET ROSALYN... it’s a well-written song with wonderful riffs and catchy hooks. I partcularly enjoy the last refrain of “sometimes you gotta be loved”, with the haunting choral voices. Are there plans to release it as a single?”

Sherylcrow says, “gee postmodern thanks.”
